System-aware When an application is opened, the app scales itself based on the display resolution of the primary screen. If there are additional screens (that have different resolutions) connected to the system, Windows stretches the display of the app to fit those screens. Per-monitor–aware The application dynamically scales itself to the display resolution of each connected screen. Due to the pervasiveness of the changes involved, Office will only be able to distribute the per-monitor-aware improvements to Office 365 subscribers and Office 2016 Click-to-Run installations.

Recently I got a used model of Optiplex SX260 together with a 1702FP Monitor. It works very well. However, I cannot improve the resolution of the display. Present resolution: 640 x 480 pixels, Medium 16bit. I tried to change resolution on the Display Properties/Setting panel but the resolution bar did not move. I have a CD of '1702FP Color Monitor Quick Setup', but it includes only a document, not any driver.
In the Web silte of DELL, I could not find any driver of 1702FP Monitor. Please tell me how to improve resolution.
